At University Place, you'll enjoy a fine dining experience at every meal. Our creative and talented executive chef and his team of experienced cooks showcase the finest and freshest ingredients in each item on our thoughtfully prepared menus. More than one thousand menu items are offered throughout the year!
Sweet and sour pork, chicken piccante, chopped sirloin steak, Jamaican
jerk ribs, champagne poached salmon and maple roasted pork loin are
just some of the many items offered as daily specials, and always created
with our chef's signature twist.
Whatever your selection, you can enjoy dinner in our spacious
dining room where the accent is on unequaled hospitality and
stellar wait service.
We invite you to enjoy the delicious flavors and vibrant tastes
of University Place's cuisine, which features both traditional
and contemporary selections. We're dedicated to excellence
in the culinary arts and we strive to exceed the expectations
of those we serve.
Seven days a week, as part of their monthly service fee,
independent living residents can enjoy one meal per day
prepared by University Place's executive chef. Independent
living residents can also enjoy additional meals any day
of the week, for an additional charge. So independent
living residents can cook as much or as little as they
desire.
Those residing in assisted living, skilled nursing and rehabilitation
enjoy three meals per day created by the same executive
chef and his team.
On Sundays, all residents can enjoy our delicious weekly
brunch.
