- Maintenance-free living includes all maintenance of your apartment,
the common areas and the exterior of the community
- All utilities are paid for, including basic cable TV, except
for telephone and Internet connections/monthly rates. Assistance
provided in establishing these services

basis by our life-enrichment department. Additionally, a variety
